LISA McLEMORE, CAM
Lisa serves as a Regional Supervisor for Alpha Barnes. In her role, she manages, directs, and implements strategies to ensure the successful achievement of operational efficiencies and profitability for clients and their assets. Lisa offers her clients expertise in a diverse collection of management, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. She directly supervises the activities of all property managers and regional office staff for a portfolio of properties targeting positive financial results. Lisa supervises a portfolio comprised of conventional sites (market rate), tax-credit, senior living and single-family homes.
Lisa began her career in property management as a leasing professional in 1997. She was promoted to assistant manager at this LIHTC lease-up and continued to grow in responsibility as a manager. She has supervised multi-site portfolios for the last ten years, working with public and privately held commercial and residential properties. Her expertise includes new construction for both conventional and tax credit communities (including pre-development work and lease up), PBS8, lease-up, age restricted and value add. Lisa’s experience includes management of single-family homes, garden style and mid-rise apartments and mixed-use properties. Lisa has extensive experience in property acquisition (including due diligence, sales assessments and market studies) and REAC compliance. Lisa joined the Alpha Barnes team in October 2019.
Lisa is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is a graduate of TAA’s prestigious Leadership Lyceum and has subsequently held leadership positions including prior roles as president of Apartment Association of Southeast Texas and chairperson for TAA Affordable Housing Committee.
